Client Needs

The team was praising the leaving CFO. 

The challenge was double: 

• step up in her career from a team member to a manager
• be accepted and respected by his team as their new leader. 

This meant getting better at understanding and managing her emotions, listening to others, and being flexible in how she acted and reacted. She also wanted to lead in a way that was true to her.
