A dedicated woman seeks guidance to address burnout, disrupting her work and well-being. Lacking meaning, and receiving no recognition for her efforts led her to exhaustion, self-doubt, and suffering. She wanted to find a way to enjoy work and life again without feeling constantly overwhelmed. Utilizing a holistic approach focused on self-realization, I help her align with her true essence for a sustainable work-life balance.

Client Needs

She was exhausted and knew she couldn't keep going like this. She wanted to understand why she felt so burned out and how to get better. She needed to learn to say no, take care of herself, and believe in her worth again. She wanted to stop being scared and start feeling excited about her work and life.

Impact of Coaching

‍Through our sessions, we delved into self-awareness and challenged the beliefs that held her back.

We focused on awakening her to a deeper authenticity, enriching her professional life and personal relationships. We worked on setting boundaries so she wouldn't get so drained and finding out what mattered to her.

She began to tackle the resistance hindering her growth and overcome fears, aligning with her true passion and purpose. She started to believe in herself more and found the courage to make changes.

She finally did not transition to a new job but happily reintegrated into her workplace.

She needed to revisit limiting beliefs, uncover her true identity and authenticity, and reignite a more vibrant energy.
